With its modular design, the hybrid buoy type GBM-2000 can match various applications. The combination of its 3 main elements is custom-made according to site conditions and client requirements.
- 2 segments of float with a total diameter of 2.00 m, made of virgin polyethylene, with mass-dyed color and UV stabilisation, standard thickness 10 mm, filled with expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam
- Aluminum or polyethylene spar
- Central structure in galvanised steel

With a 2 float modules design, the GBM-2000 hybrid buoy maintains buoyancy even in the event of a collision, providing unmatched reliability and durability.
The GBM-2000 hybrid buoy is available with 4 float central structures configurations so to meet the stability requirements of multiple mooring sites, including a flat base when the buoy comes to rest on the seabed at low tide.
With multiple spar configurations, the GBM-2000 hybrid buoy delivers a focal plane of up to 4 meters, ensuring exceptional visibility and reliable navigation, even in the most challenging conditions.
